Get to work

Tuesday, November 10th, 2009

If I could do temp work for over a year and you’re just sitting around unemployed but you have a college degree and arent limited to any ailments, disabilities, language barriers, or still in school than I’m sorry but you’re a lazy person.
The unemployment rate may be above 10% and scary but that doesn’t [...]

One Bad Product Can Ruin You

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

Take Vista for example. I must have held back my laptop purchase for years because I saw how horrible Vista was as an operating system. I’m sure there were plenty of people who bought laptops and pc anyway but they did it in spite of Microsoft and Vista.
Now that Windows 7 is out on the [...]

Apple is Cowardly

Saturday, October 10th, 2009

I’m just going to go off on a rant here today so if you don’t mind me I’ll proceed.
I have been reading numerous articles and blogs that have frowned upon AT&T’s services with the iPhone. Complaints about dropped calls and bad connections. I wanted to point out that AT&T can’t take all the blame. [...]

I was speaking with a fellow coworker during a not so easy going work day and while we were both frustrated I couldn’t help but notice how [...]

College Kids Banked on Futures with Debt

Sunday, August 30th, 2009

A while back I wrote about how I feel that college kids are way too saddled with debt from student loans. A recent article by CNN indicates that things are only getting worst as a result of the recession.
http://www.cnn.com/2009/LIVING/personal/08/27/student.loans/index.html
I can’t imagine how so many students were allowed into loans with little to no protection. In [...]

The Price of Credit Cards

Thursday, August 20th, 2009

Would you carry a convenience card around if that card was no longer free? I already began canceling cards and cutting cards that I no longer use but the option of carrying an extra card under my name for no annual fee really let’s me keep an extra set of credit handy for emergency needs [...]
