Hey John,
Thanks for checking out my blog, I did in fact throw together my header for this site.
I used Photoshop and put a background in with text and an image of my car. Was just a little idea that I had for what I wanted. Although I am not as professional as a pro, it is hard to get exactly what you want described to another individual because you visualize what you want to see.
Sorry there was no professional that I can refer you to. Although I do know a few amateur artists who work with graphics if you want I may be able to refer them to you.
