Oil touches record but ends lower

Great news for California, well not exactly, but Alaska has finally dethroned California as the state with the highest gasoline price.
Now with gas at $4.623 it is beating out California which is at $4.583 both of which are miles ahead of the next state down. Hawaii is at $4.408, my money is still on California to reach the $5.00 mark first.
