In another hit to the auto industry steel prices are increasing due to growing demand from developing countries. Gas is not the only commodity that they’re using more of and driving up the prices.

Great news for California, well not exactly, but Alaska has finally dethroned California as the state with the highest gasoline price.
Now with gas at $4.623 it is beating out California which is at $4.583 both of which are miles ahead of the next state down. Hawaii is at $4.408, my money is still on California [...]
